  • The Medical Torture, Explained

[12/14/2024] I was reflecting yesterday about that post I wrote about how they use the Healthcare system to apply medical torture to their targets, and I couldn't help but to connect the dots backwards with an agent that was flagged before: Agent Jillian Walsh, from New York City. Jillian and I dated for 3 years, so it was "the girlfriend" play.

Jillian played an interesting role because she played three roles simultaneously: Stressor agent, Feedback gathering agent and Referring agent. To help new readers catch-up with these terms:

Jillian Walsh acted as Stressor Agent and Feedback gathering agent. We often (if not always) spoke about technical matters, often she would offer her advice, she recommended I moved to a specific apartment (in the same building as Alvaro Gutierrez' and next to Google's NYC office), which I now understand was probably owned by the criminal organization (and I lived there all those years being recorded all the time).

But the important thing I wanted to share on this post, is that she also acted as Referring Agent. She offered referrals and strong recommendations on things related to healthcare:
    1. For one thing, she referred me to the intelligence gathering seminar.
    2. Also, while agent Jillian was inflicting psychological stress on me, she referred me to a doctor that prescribed something for anxiety and one anti-depressant. The doctor did not ask me any questions during the visit, my visit with him lasted less than 3 minutes. Agent Jillian referred to him as a "Pills pusher". Jillian was there with me the only time I met that doctor, she entered into the doctor's office with me and was present while I spoke with the doctor. Although, looking at in restrospective, she actually spoke to the doctor more than I did (if I estimate the number of seconds each one of us spoke to the doctor).

The drugs were so powerful that I couldn't do simple math problems, I couldn't resolve simple things like "6 * 9 = 54", I just couldn't. At the same time, I was employed by Google, working on Search Ranking, arguably one of the most challenging jobs in that field, and during the nights, I was working on my startup (LoQueGustes.com) which competed with Ebay, Craigslist.org, Kijiji.ca, Mercadolibre, Deremate.com and OLX (all Ebay brands except OLX which was owned by the founder of Mercadolibre that was bought by Ebay).

While under the effect of the drugs prescribed by the doctor, every day I felt I could be fired from my job at Google for not being able to perform at the level required by the job. I really had to make an enourmous effort to be able to function at work.

I, of course, abandonned working on LoQueGustes.com so I could dedicate all I had left of reasoning ability to Google and to be able to keep my day job. All my internet domains expired. I imagine the OG or Travis bought them, because, well, their ego, and because now I understand the sentiment behind capturing the spoils of war, that feeling ...
    3. The third health related recommendation agent Jillian made was for a more "holistic" approach. This was a doctor that, according to agent Jillian, based her approach on the balance of vitamins in one's body. The doctor ordered a "custom panel" of blood tests that meant that they drew 12 tubes of my blood to do all the tests the doctor needed. The insurance company, of course, approved the tests without any hesitation or asking for a "pre-authorization". I remember the cost of the blood tests was in the thousands of dollars range and this was maybe on 2013 (I need to check the exact date on the pipeline). I put that in contrast with the insurance company requiring and denying a pre-authorization for an MRI that costs only $450 (in 2022' dollars), while they already knew I have a nerve injury on my spine. This vitamin-minded doctor was Chinese and had her practice in the China town area (New York City).

I imagine the purpose of the blood panel was to gain insights that would give them a tactical advantage over me. I say this because this doctor never asked me to come back for a follow up appointment and she kept sending refills for the "vitamins" that required prescription for a long time. The majority of the vitamins, she directed me to buy them on Amazon and she recommended a specific brand of vitamins to buy on that website. This I have to double-check: I don't recall she ordering another battery of the same tests to verify if the vitamins were actually working or if the levels had gone up too high, or not high enough for some of the vitamins, which would be the logical next step if you are trying to tweak the levels of something in a scientific manner (you need to gather feedback after you apply an adjustment to measure the actual effects of the adjustment).

    4. The fourth recommendation was for a "Meditation Retreat" in upstate New York. I look back at the setting of the retreat, and in retrospective, it had OG/Travis written all over it.
    5. The fifth recommendation was Kadampa Meditation Center New York City (127 W 24th St, New York, NY 10011) which is Marked in Travis Kalanick's geo-index.
    6. The sixth recommendation was an accupunturist in China town NYC.
    7. Jillian also referred me to her dentist: Dr. Lopesci at NYU. Dr. Lopesci is now retired. According to public records, there is a house in NY registered to someone with the same first name and last name as Jillian's dentist, and that house is marked in Travis Kalanic's geo-index. Looking back on this referral, the appointment was surprisingly easy to get and this was a professional practice actually inside of a New York University building. I imagine those appointments should not be that easy to get, specially for someone like me who has absolutely no affiliation to NYU, I don't think I even know anyone that studied at NYU.
For completeness, agent Jiallian Walsh alongisde with Michael Carraza (917-325-3805) were flagged 9/24/2024, just 14 days after I captured Travis Kalanick's digital map of the criminal world:

In less than 30 minutes after I posted the first time hinting Jillian's involvement (without writing her last name), Jillian was demoted from all Google Search results in the exact same fashion as Pavel Shatilov LinkedIn's page was demoted from Google minutes after I posted about the ruse involving him,, which took place almost 10 years ago.

Michael Carraza among other things owns a Bank, a house in the Hamptons, drives Ferrari or Lamborghini (can't recall the exact brand) and plays polo with Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex (one can't make this up).

    The Kelsey-Seybold Primary care doctor

This is not related to Jillian, but to Healthcare in Katy, Texas: While writing about the expensive "custom pannel" blood test, and the discrepancy in the approval guidelines between that and the denied MRI recently, I couldn't help but remember about another expensive test that didn't have any issues in getting approved by the insurance company and to be honest, I felt it was unnecesary. A few years ago, my primary care doctor recommended a CT scan because I described a feeling/sensation on my chest consistent with anxiety. She said she wanted to make sure it wasn't something bad and then she made a couple of comments about tumors. She didn't direclty said she thought it was a tumor, but it was implied in the conversation as a possibility. Of course, I got scared and basically ran to get inside that machine that looks like a thight white tunnel.

I don't recall the exact CPT code of the exam, or if it was with or without contrast, but I probably could find out by calling the insurance company or asking Kelsey-Seybold (that is the company that provides primary care to my family and also the company that performed the exam). Kelsey-Seybold was acquired by UnitedHealthcare on or around 2021. UnitedHealthcare was flagged by our anomaly detection pipeline and is predicted to be a company under the control or heavy influence of the criminal ring.

    The desirable side effects

In another instance, I mentioned to the same doctor that I had put on some weight because was working long hours and not excercising. In response, the doctor recommended increasing my dose of prescription RX No. 630347 from 5mg per day to 10mg per day and then to 20mg per day (for example prescription RX No. 2039594), because that drug has a side a effect that is the loss of appetite. This did sound strange to me because that drug is a controlled substance, and increasing the dose by a factor of 4x just to lose weight didn't feel right to me, but I trusted her, she is my doctor, she is Venezuelan, and has a last name that sounds French (as silly as it sounds, that lowers my psychological resistance to things because I lived in Montreal for a few years and have good memories of those days).

One additional data-point is that the address of the house where the doctor lives, is marked in the geo-index of Travis Kalanick's app. In one instance, the KOL-mobile drove by that street, and there was a surveilance vehicle parked in front of the doctor's house. The surveillance vehicle was already flagged by our anomaly detection pipeline because of previous incidents. All this is recorded in the KOL-mobile videos.

I also understand that, increasing my dose of RX No. 2039594 has a second desirable side effect that is that they could use that to discredit me (the fact that the drug is considered a controlled substance according to the FDA and that I took that drug).

Given that they obviously have a strong focus on using medical care as an instrument of torture against anyone that wants to compete on the free online markets, these are other medical providers that either prescribed something to me or tested me in some way.
          1. Lorena Conde
          +1 (480) 622-2792
Prescribed and provided Vitamin-C IV treatments.
The IV solutions came in a box and were shipped via Fedex.

          2. JoinZoe. Was recommended by agent Joanna.

          3. There was a "Glucose Monitoring" HealthTech startup,
also recommended by agent Joanna, they sent me a Glucose
sensor that I had to carry attached to my arm every day.
The sensor pinched and penetrated my skin
and the sensor was paired with an App that I had to
          install on my iPhone.

          4. The Drip Bar, located in the same shopping mall where
Villasport is located (the gym where my wife trains every
day). They ordered a blood test. Their address is marked
          in Travis Kalanick's geo-index:
9920 Gaston Rd Suite 170, Katy, TX 77494

          5. The PsyClinic 281-837-6466
They medicated me and prescribed a treatment called TMS
(Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation). TMS is expensive and
required several "sessions". The cost is in the order of
the low 5 digits I believe, but consistent with all the
things related to insurance companies that are planned
by Travis Kalanick's team, it got approved quickly
and without the need for a "pre-authorization" or
any paperwork. For other examples see:
          The "custom panel" blood test,
the "Pill Pusher" incident with agent Jillian Walsh,
and the ring incident with Ana Codallo.
I experienced severe panic attacks while
          undergoing the treatment course prescribed
          by the doctor.

  • The Physical Pain

[12/6/2024 @ 5.50pm] There is one topic I have deliberately avoided approaching: experiences/episodes of physical pain.

The reason I chose to avoid writing about physical pain is because I think that posting about those experiences, could, in a way, put me in a position of being a `victim`.

I know this might sound cliché, but being a victim is really a choice we all have. For example, in all this, I could choose to feel like I’ve been wronged, treated unfairly, victimized, etc; or, I could choose to see all this as a gift they gave me. I choose to see it as a gift.

I know it might sound crazy, but it really is a gift. I wouldn’t be 1% of the person I am, nor have the capabilities I have, if it wasn’t for the 18 years of training the OG, Travis Kalanick, a former Secretary of Defense of the United States, and all the other members of their team gifted to me. They prepared me, over an extended period of time, to take on big challenges, and that, is priceless. It really took a village.

All those experiences allowed me to learn new things, taught me patience, made my skin thick, made me more flexible, nimble, faster, made me grow, and ultimately equipped me, to at the very least, have a fighting chance in all this. The biggest irony of it all is that in a certain twisted way, I am Travis Kalanick's creation. I understand that, I accept that, and I am thankful for that.

With all that said, of course, what's fair is fair, and I will do everything in my power to help bring Travis Kalanick & Co. to justice; and to drive him to bankruptcy as he almost did to me.

I write all this because there is a topic that I’ve been avoiding to touch, but given the gravity of the situation, I feel like I must. Maybe I can help shed a light on how dangerous it is for humanity that they have such a tight grip on the Healthcare systems of so many different countries. So I will share my experiences in that area.

I mentioned before that they installed torture devices on my work chairs to exploit the fact that I have a nerve injury on my spine, which of course, they know because they gained access to my medical records by controling UnitedHealthcare which eventually also acquired the entire medical group that provides primary care to my family, Kelsey Seybold.

Just having my medical records, and using them against me with the torture chairs, should had been enough, but they didn’t stop there.

At some point during the phase of the “online attacks” against Key Opinion Leaders, I was working long hours while I was reverse-engineering their fake news platform (to be able to neutralize it). Of corse, the more hours I worked, the more hours I spent sitting on the torture chair, and the more the pain level increased.

The pain got to be so bad that I started loosing the ability to walk, I was only 44 years old. I went see my primary doctor at Kelsey Seybold and told her about the level of pain I was experiencing. Instead of referring me to a pain clinic, she sent me to Physiotherapy. I am not a doctor, so I really can’t comment on the adequacy of that course of treatment, but looking at the torture device on the chair, and understanding the mechanism of torture, it seems obvious to me that physiotherapy, specially the type of exercises that were given to me, would only make the pain worse, which is exactly what happened. After 4 weeks of physiotherapy, I completely lost all ability to walk. I was bed ridden.

I started calling neurosurgeons in the Houston area that showed with open appointments in Zocdoc. I must have called at least five or six, some of them gave me tentative appointments but then the appointments were canceled for one reason or another (the doctor is going on vacation, etc).

The pain was unbearable. At some point I decided to go a Pain Clinic that gave me an initial appointment and when I got to the appointment the doctor saw me and he was saying that I should try physiotherapy first, that if it didn’t work in a certain number of weeks, we could then assess if they could give me the epidural injection that I needed.

I recall that I was contemplating at that point that I had no choice but to stay in that state of constant pain for a few more weeks, as I was going to open the door to leave the doctor's office, my legs gave out and I literally fell to the floor. I broke down and started crying and literally begged the doctor to please give me the epidural injection sooner. I still remember the look on his face, he genuinely felt sorry for me, and said, “Okay”, and agreed. I got the injection a short few days after that incident, and I was able to walk again the next day.

When the day of the procedure arrived, I went to the facility to get the injection. This procedure required full sedation. As they laid me down on the operating table, I knew I was going to be put under anesthesia an would lose consciousness soon. I was positioned face down, I couldn’t really see the faces of the people in the operating room but I could tell there were 4 or 5 people conversing about their weekend plans.

Right before they put me under anesthesia, I made the effort to turn my head around despite the lumbar pain, and I said to all of them something to the effects of “I really thank you for helping me today, I really need it, and I appreciate that you are helping me”.

The operating room turned into complete silence, no body said one word for what seemed like 10 seconds. You could hear a pin drop. It always bothered me that I couldn’t really put a finger on the meaning behind that prolonged silence of 5 distinct individuals, just because I was saying “thanks”.

Today I understand, and this is a hypothesis, that they probably were acting on behalf of Travis Kalanick or Robert Gates in one capacity or another, and my words touched their human fiber for a second and they just didn’t know how to react to that. I’ve seen this reaction a few other times after that, from different other individuals. Now, I am quick to recognize the meaning behind of that kind of sudden silence.

After that intervention, in some occasions the pain returned and I tried to get an MRI done to see if I had further damage on the nerve. Every time I tried to do that, the insurance company (UnitedHealthcare, of course) denied the pre-authorization. I then tried to schedule the MRI paying out of pocket but the times I tried, I could never find an appointment soon, or they wouldn’t pick up the phone, etc. And always when I tried to do that, the online attacks against the website increased and I got busy / distracted and dropped the idea to get the MRI.

The way those attempts of mine to get an MRI played out, and that prolonged silence of all the people in the operating room, well, to be honest, made me suspect that they may have done something to me during that operation that would or could show up in an MRI, and that’s the reason why they were deliberately making it difficult for me to get the MRI.

There is one more data point that supports that theory: The reason the pain intensified to the point it did (in addition to the torture chair), and forced me to seek an epidural injection in that occasion, was that I suffered a fall while running on the park. The fall was caused by a cable that was sticking out from the ground. The point where the cable is located, the exact point, is marked in the index of Travis Kalanick’s Evil App (the PLOUFFE's geo-index).

This is the exact point: 29.7265298, -95.829931 where the cable was located. I am also attaching photos of the cable and the point where I suffered the fall (please note the black trampoline antennas in some of the photos):

  • Subject: Wikipedia is a big part of the online Scheme of Fake News

    Important Introductory Notes:
    1. This I have known since early 2023, but didn't want to realease this information until we were in a position where we had a chance to affect change. I feel we are in that position now, so I am releasing this information.
    2. Wikipedia is a key component of the fake news scheme, as important as Akamai (perhaps even more important). The reason why wikipedia is so important is because Google Trusts it so much that one of the major inputs for Google's Knowledge Graph (KG) are Wikipedia Entities. This is for legacy reasons: Google Knowledge base evolved from Freebase (acquired by Google years ago), Freebase ingested wikipedia as a (major) source of structured data.
    3. Preserving the history of edits of Wikidata.org Entities and Wikipedia (Diffs) should be the top priority. They practically own Wikipedia and they can change the history.
    4. Google Knowledge Graph's signals are an important set of Ranking signals for Google Search.
If anybody out there is following this website: remember when we wrote a few weeks ago to Mr. Hine that clearly they had no idea of how a Knowledge Graph worked, because a KG would need hundreds of human curators and we wouldn't invest in a technology like that? Google engineers know that too (we learned that from them), but the way they solved that problem was: delegation: Wikipedia was already solving that problem (the curation part), so by Ingesting wikipedia they could focus on the more interesting Computer Science problem: Algorithmic ranking of the human-curated structured data.

Hypothesis: Travis Kalanick & team also saw all that playing out and decided to capture Wikipedia as a mean to influence Google.

To start introducing this subject, let's talk first about this website related to team Liana Technologies: SienceDirect.com is one of the main websites they use to steal topicality from other websites. The way they do it is by publishing meta-scientific-papers about the same topic as the victim's page "stuffed" with mentions of the name of a "Google Knowledge Graph entity" (which they create or manipulate via Wikipedia) that has a similar name as the victims's page but it is not quite the same. For example:

To Attack our home page last year, (among other things) they boosted a Wikipedia Entity called "Opinion Leadership" (https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/Q1850904) and boosted with clicks a wikipedia category that has the same name as our domain name (https://commons.wikimedia.org/w/index.php?title=Category:Key_opinion_leaders&action=history). I preserved the edits history of both here and here.

Those entities were, of course, trough an intricated system of (wikipedia and wikidata) links, linked to DefinitiveHealthcare.com, ultimatelly making Google Search "think" that DefinitiveHealthcare.com was THE authoritative source on Opinion Leadership, not us.

Then, all they had to do was to issue a few hundred (fake) clicks on Google Search on the DefinitiveHealthcare.com search result. They of course also boosted dozens of other websites (but placed them all under the DefinitiveHealthcare.com result). The end result of all this: DefinitiveHealthcare.com would be #1 followed by dozens of fake websites, and we ended up being on page 6 to 10 (depending on the locale of the user and Travis Kalanick mood towards us). For reference: On July 2022 we were #1 for the keywords "Key Opinion leaders" and "KOL".

Have you ever seen one of those banners in Wikipedia where they ask for donations and say that "Wikipedia will never be for sale"? Of course it will never be for sale, Wikipedia is the vehicle by which they influence Google Search results, boost fake news, and, a mean to influence politics, countries, election results, and harass and eliminate commercial competitors of their "legit" businesses.

As always, when I write these things is because I was able to reproduce them: Last year, I was able to reverse engineer what they do with wikipedia and reproduce it. I will open source my code for that at some point so researchers can analyze how they work out the semantics-engineering part in more detail than I did (I had to pivot at that point to installing cameras around my house and that forced me to stop my research on this topic).

    Risking to state the obvious:
    1. This is the reason why Travis Kalanick has always stopped us from creating any kind of wikipedia entry for the company, no matter how hard we tried. If we managed to get one Google Knowledge Graph entity for the company tied to keyopinionleaders.com: They wouldn't be able to demote the homepage so easily.
    2. The common pattern between Akamai and Wikipedia (both captured by Travis Kalanick to harm the rest of the world) is that Google (miss)placed a high level of trust on both entities (because of legacy reasons in the case of Wikipedia, and because of their Prominence in the network infrastructure world in the case of Akamai). The leasson I learned from this: if a system is of vital importance to the world, no critical part of the system can rely heavily or trust completely an external actor, because they can be corrupted by the "Travis Kalanicks" of the world.
    3. Some of the participants on the Wikipedia scheme, must be a subset of the editors of Wikdata entities that are of interest to Travis Kalanick: for example: https://www.wikidata.org/w/index.php?title=Q124227235&action=history (tried to preserve it here but please note how they already deleted the edits on the WebMD entity done prior to 2024)
